Shipping & Delivery
We ship all our orders from our warehouse based in Geelong, VIC, Australia.
Orders placed by 10 am AEST Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10 am AEST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.
Please allow for a minor dispatch delay of up to 7 business days on Launch collections and Sales as we work to pick and pack high order volumes. Next day delivery is not available for launch days.
The only exception to this dispatch timeframe is if you place an order containing items only available for pre-order with LEO. All pre-orders will ship when advertised at checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
All orders will be dispatched between Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times. Please allow for a minor dispatch delay on launch days and sale days as we work to pick and pack high order volumes.
While we always aim to deliver with the estimated delivery times found here, we’re unable to 100% guarantee that you will receive the order within this time. Our couriers can experience delays from time to time and customs clearance can also cause some delays. LEO will not be responsible for any losses due to delayed delivery. If you are planning to travel we recommend allowing sufficient time for your delivery.
Our couriers may contact you via email or phone in regards to your delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays should you be uncontactable. In cases where your parcel is returned due to being uncontactable, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your order value.
Missing Deliveries:
Please ensure a safe delivery location for your order. LEO is not responsible for missing or stolen parcels. In the event your parcel is missing upon delivery, please contact the courier for proof of delivery as our shipping options allow delivery to a safe place. If proof of delivery is provided and you are still unable to locate your parcel, please email support@leoactive.com.au for further assistance. Please know we cannot refund a missing but delivered parcels. If a replacement is offered, it will not be eligible to return for refund.
Damaged Deliveries:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo and send this through to our customer experience team. You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. LEO is not responsible for damage caused by this.
Please note: We do not offer delivery to any Military/APO addresses in Australia or Worldwide.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a tracking number will be issued to you. You will receive this via an email notification.
Our carriers may experience slight delays in transit from time to time, this is normal and is due to unforeseen circumstances in the delivery journey. It does not need to be cause for concern, however, if you are unsure keep an eye on your tracking details or contact the carrier for delivery network updates.
